主要管理的方式有：
（一）金字塔型管理模式
金字塔型组织是立体的三角锥体，等级森严，高层、中层、基层是逐层分级管理，这是一种在传统生产企业中最常见的一种组织形式。在计划经济时代，该结构在稳定的环境下, 在生产力相对落后、信息相对闭塞的时代，不失为一种较好的组织形态，它机构简单、权责分明、组织稳定，并且决策迅速、命令统一。
（二）学习型组织管理模式
学习型组织为扁平化的圆锥型组织结构，金字塔式的棱角和等级没有了，管理者与被管理者的界限变得不再清晰，权力分层和等级差别的弱化，使个人或部门在一定程度上有了相对自由的空间，能有效地解决企业内部沟通的问题。
（三）智慧型组织管理模式
也称为C管理模式。C管理模式立足道、儒、法的中国传统文化，将西方现代企业管理学与中国国学及中医智慧融于一体，其理论结合人的身体机能，提出了“天人合一”、“道法自然”的经营理念和管理哲学。
（四）中国管理模式
中国管理模式强调中国文化在企业管理过程中的作用，同时也尊重现代管理思想在中国企业的运用；另一种说法是：“世界上没有所谓的美国式管理、欧洲式管理、日本式管理，或者是中国式管理，而只有成功的管理或失败的管理。”

存在的问题：
1、老板卧底期结束后，老板们的身份最好能马上公开，因为卧底老板的事会迅速为大家知道，越早公开其负面影响会越小。
2、老板应该不确定卧底的主要目的是什么。
3、老板卧底的时间毕竟很短、范围也很有限，仅靠卧底获得的资料和信息必然是支离破碎和不完整的。
4、老板卧底一旦被员工知道，难免会让他们产生上当受骗的感觉，这将在一定程度上影响他们对他人和领导的信任，他们也许会因此担心身边随时都会有卧底出现，在今后的工作中就会处处小心，谨言慎行。
